FOUNDERS
Our Peer Group was founded in 2019 by Edwin Bennaars, Greg Vlasek and Zaid Jamal, who have been leading global transformation programs at multinational companies by connecting, discussing and solving common challenges which could not be solved by the external consulting industry and/or SAP.

Edwin Bennaars
Co-founder/Co-owner Digital Transformations & Beyond BVEdwin Bennaars, 1971, Dutch citizen, is a seasoned digital transformation and Global Business Services executive. Edwin started his career in 1995 at Arthur Andersen. Since then, he has led several digital/business transformation programs around the globe within different industries (steel/mining, ICT, FMCG). Furthermore, he established and led multiple scope Global Business Services organizations on three different continents, captive/non-captive. In his free time, Edwin likes to run and travel.
Greg Vlasek
Co-founder/Co-owner Digital Transformations & Beyond BVGreg Vlasek, 1976, American citizen, has more than 20 years of change, finance and technology experience with large multinationals, always in the context of large business transformations. He has further experience in building and running large teams, mainly in the Finance area. He has delivered various business transformations in different contexts including mergers, acquisitions, business reinvention/refocus and general overall business transformation. Greg enjoys time with his family, skiing and travelling.
